Untaxed vehicle

This is a bit off topic, but it is quite interesting. I have parked the bike and then noticed this car on the picture. You get use to untaxed vehicles in London, but usually they are cheap cars. That is why this one was quite surprising!

I think he either bought it as sorned, or forgot to tax it immediately. You can keep an untaxed vehicle in your garden or on your driveway, but not on the street. And those tiny smarts with the high cameras used by the council can quickly get you busted.
